Episode structure:

[Early alpha] section:

1. Dark Machine (695 followers)

  • Mech-themed 7v7 PVP shooter game built on Unreal Engine 5

  • Developed by META-X studio (team members previously worked with Square Enix, Capcom, Bandai Namco, Sega and others)

  • Building on Immutable L2

My take:

Recently, team shared a cinematic trailer for this upcoming game. Based on preview, level of quality is pretty good so far.

META-X studio also visited recent “YGG Web3 Games Summit“, where they were able to get more exposure from players “in-person“ and showcase their game to a larger audience.

They already mentioned that project will have a token (which is a hot topic lately for sure). No info on VC funding just yet, but based on the type of game they’re building - they definitely have some funds.

Early playtest is likely to be in Q1 2024, up until then project will slowly build a community (Discord coming soon) and try to make themselves known to the public.

In conclusion it’s pretty much super early project, keep an eye if you like such type of games.

Dark Machine

2. Eternal Paradox (580 followers)

  • Turn-based ARPG game, produced by GalaGames and NDream

  • In development since early 2022

  • First season will be launched on December 5th and will last 49 days

My take:

It will be a mobile game, that should be launched in App Store and Google Play shortly. Project aims to attract both casual gamers and hardcore ones, by introducing variety of different mechanics that would suit different player profiles.

They already have an open pre-sale for NFTs, however, seems like game won’t be token gated, and even F2P users will be able to earn tokens (mainly Daily, Seasonal, and Competition based rewards).

In conclusion, i see a good looking product backed by known publisher (GalaGames) finally rolling out the game. Keep an eye on their socials if you would love to get involved.

Eternal Paradox

  • AOFverse announced mint date and selected a launchpad — Xterio

  • Eesee testnet is now live (hinted an airdrop)

  • Vendetta Games revealed mint details for their upcoming free mint collection

  • Champions Tactics (upcoming project by Ubisoft) formed a partnership with Mocaverse

  • Overworld WL applications are now closed

  • Poglin announced official partnership with Animoca Brands

  • Domenation shared a trailer of their upcoming game
