Early alpha, updates and web3 news

Hello and welcome to the episode #29 of “The Spark“ newsletter!

Here you can find everything you need to stay up-to-date with upcoming and existing NFT projects and web3 games.

Now let’s dive into the info

Episode structure:

[Early alpha] section:

1. STR8FIRE (6345 followers)

  • IP-based gamefi infrastructure

  • Aiming to unlock ownership and financial rewards for fans around the world via web3 tech

  • Parent company has extensive IP portfolio across games, comics, toys, and music brands

My take:

Relatively fresh idea executed by team with relevant experience (previously worked with Marvel, Cartoon Network, League of Legends and more).

Core goal is to merge web2 and web3 via free-to-play games and IP-based NFT collections, all powered by native token.

In whitepaper team also mentioned that part of the revenue from multiple income streams will be used for token buybacks, in order to sustain a healthy economy within the ecosystem.

According to premint raffle, their genesis collection will be launched as a free mint, so I think it’s worth to keep an eye on this one and try to get a spot.
